Damaged or missing items

If your box arrived damaged, incomplete, or something was missing — reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

What happens next

We'll respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your request is reviewed.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns based on taste or flavour preference. Refunds apply to orders where items arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing.
