Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your box is on its way.
Delivery times
🇵🇱 Poland: 2–4 business days 🇬🇧 UK: 2–4 business days 🇪🇺 Europe: 4–7 business days 🌍 Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders to Poland and the UK. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email once your box ships. You can follow your order all the way to your door.
Damaged or lost package
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived — contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change or reroute the package.
